ActionCOACH Number 18 in Franchise Business Review’s Satisfaction Awards

International Business Coaching Company Reclaims Spot on Prestigious List

April 9, 2014

Las Vegas- ActionCOACH was placed at number 18 on the most recent Franchisee Satisfaction Awards by the Franchise Business Review. For the better part of the last decade, the "FBR50" is the only awards program to rank companies based solely on actual franchisee satisfaction and it is based on a survey of more than 26,000 franchisees representing more than 350 franchise brands.

This announcement comes on the heels of ActionCOACH being named to the Franchise Direct list of Top 100 Global Franchises. ActionCOACH was also named one of the Top Multi-Unit Franchises for 2014 by Franchise Business Review.

“Earning these honors really shows our commitment to our franchisees and our reach and impact as a global company,” ActionCOACH CEO Vic Ciuffetelli said. “We’ve been helping business owners for more than two decades and our mission has always been abundance through business re-education. Winning spots on prestigious lists like these shows that we are still moving in that direction.”

ActionCOACH is the world’s leader in business and executive coaching. When Brad Sugars, Chairman and Founder, started the company in 1993, the concept of business coaching was still in its infancy. By franchising the company in 1997, Sugars helped business coaching become more mainstream turning it into the second fastest growing category behind Information Technology.  ActionCOACH specializes in coaching small to medium sized businesses as well as executive teams and group coaching.

“Every week we are in more than 50 countries working with more than 15000 business owners and the impact we make on their businesses helps to make their local economy better,” Ciuffetelli said. “Being an ActionCOACH is a very rewarding career and we are happy that our franchisees are so satisfied with being part of our system.”
